Abby Anderson was energetic and enthusiastic about the sale of the house. She was very considerate of the family's feelings since we had to move my mom into a nursing facility from her home that she had lived in for over 70 years, She gave helpful advice to increase the appeal of the house for prospective buyers and she gave good explanations about the process and contracts. Abby remained bright and cheerful even when a tree fell on the property, right after the buyer put in an offer! Her comment: 'By the grace of God it missed the house and the garage!' - Always thinking positively! Abby was timely and helpful with documents. With her sweet and kind personality she was so easy to work with. We are very grateful that she helped us through the process of selling our childhood home, and would definitely recommend her!
